FAQs

  • An Inclusion is a precious piece of DNA, or other memorable item such as Sand or Fabric Stands. An Inclusion is the material which will be encapsulated in to the Resin stone for your Jewellery.

  • The Silver items listed in my shop are made with 925 Sterling Silver. Sterling Silver doesn’t contain any nickel, so is suitable for most people. 925 Sterling Silver is stamped with a 925.

The Gold I use is 9ct Yellow, Rose and White, Solid Gold. Not filled or dipped. Each Gold piece is fully hallmarked at the Assay Office.

  • Once you’ve found the piece that’s right for you, please take a look at the ‘How To’ pages on sending in your Inclusions. You can then complete your order by choosing the colour you’d like, ring size/chain length. Once your order has been placed, please send your Inclusions following the instructions.

  • Your order will take approximately 4-6 weeks from the date I receive your Inclusion. Postage delays will not be included in the times above, as these are out of my control.

You are responsible for the postage when sending your Inclusions to my studio.

For International shipping, prices vary depending on the country they’re being sent to. Please enter your zip/postal code for postage prices. You are responsible for any tax/import fees, and postage fees to send your Inclusion.

  • All unused Inclusions (excluding Breastmilk), are sent back with your finished piece.

I store preserved breastmilk here in my studio, for a limited time, so if you would ever like to order another item using the same milk you can do (providing I still have it. I can keep it for a longer time should you wish, please let me know once you’ve sent in your Breastmilk to be preserved) or if you lose or damage your piece I can use the same milk to remake and repair your piece. I cannot return any preserved milk to you at any point.
