At Everlasting Love Resin, I work hard to ensure my business policies are fair, clear and transparent. Here you will find my terms and conditions, it is important to read these in their entirety before placing your order.  

1. General

By ordering goods from Everlasting Love Resin it is understood that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to all parts without exception, if there is anything you do not agree with, please contact myself before placing an order. Everlasting Love Resin reserves the right to refer customers back to this page if any issues arise that are covered here.

Every item is handmade to order. No two items are the same which is what makes each piece so unique. If you require matching items, effort will be made to try and replicate each other as closely as possible. However it may not be exact and different items might have slight variations.

Colours can vary depending on how you’re viewing the colour charts.

Inclusion colourings can affect the overall brightness of the final piece. For example; dark ashes can darken the overall colour of the background. Flakes and shimmers can also change the colour, for example; gold, copper and silver flakes can alter the colour of the background below them.

Hair:

White, blonde, grey, silver or fine hair can become transparent or less visible once in contact with the resin, which can affect the final visibility. Please contact me prior to discuss which colours work best with the hair you have.

Ashes:

Each individuals ashes can vary in colour, composition and size. Ashes may appear white, grey, beige, black or have a pink tone. All of these colours are completely normal, but please bare this in mind when envisioning the final look of your Jewellery.

2. Orders

2.1 When an order is placed you will receive an email to confirm that the order has been accepted, the contract between us starts from the point the email is received.

2.2 When ordering a ring it is important that the right size is ordered, and this will be the customers responsibility to provide the right size. As rings are ordered in per order I cannot change the size after you have submitted your order.

2.3 Whilst every effort is made for full resin keepsakes to be perfect, some small surface bubbles may be seen on the completed product due to their handmade nature, these don't affect the integrity and instead add to their uniqueness. As these pieces are made in moulds there is no way to guarantee a completely perfect piece, as some tiny bubbles can happen during the curing process and can't be seen until the piece is unmoulded.

3. Availability

 

All orders are subject to stock availability. I do try my best to keep the website up to date with stock numbers, but in the unlikely event that the supplier is out of stock, there will be 2 options: cancelling your order or waiting until the piece is back in stock (usually around 2 weeks).

4. Amending orders & Cancellations

4.1 At the point of order colours will be chosen, if you change your mind please contact me as soon as possible. Once your jewellery is started it will not be possible to change colours as your inclusion can not be separated from the stone once the process has begun.

4.2 Cancellations are possible within 24 hours of your order being placed, if your inclusion has been sent then the return postage for your inclusion is your responsibility and will be taken from the amount refunded.

5. Inclusions 

5.1 Everlasting Love Resin can not be held responsible for any inclusion lost in transit to the studio. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that it is packaged as per the ‘How To’ sections and posted to me (at the customers cost) using a suitable delivery option that gives the customer the reassurance of being able to track it on route should they want to.

5.2 Once Everlasting Love Resin has received your inclusion every care will be taken to treat it respectfully and securely to make sure that the correct inclusion is used. Inclusions will be stored in a secured named file with order details, it will only be removed to make the order and then safely returned to the box until the order is complete. I only work on one order at a time, ensuring that there is no cross contamination. All surfaces are cleaned thoroughly before starting the next order.

5.3 Any unused ashes inclusion will be returned with the completed order.

5.4 Any unused preserved breastmilk powder will be kept in named sealed bags within a file system for 6 months from the date I have received it, incase of returning customers this will help to speed the process up. Excess preserved breastmilk will not be sent back with your order - please notify me if you would like me to dispose of the excess and not keep it on file.

5.5. If after 30 days Everlasting Love Resin has not received any inclusion for the order, (unless pre informed of a delay or exceptional circumstances), Everlasting Love Resin reserves the right to cancel the order without refund, as well as reserves the right to refuse completing any work after this time. If prices have changed, and you'd like to keep your order, the full amount of the price increase will need to be paid in full, and you will have 30 days from that date to send in your inclusion (unless a further date is agreed between both parties), this will be at Everlasting Love Resins discretion.

6. Timescales 

6.1 I aim to have all orders completed and on their way home within 4-6 weeks from the date I have received your inclusion. If there is any delay I will contact you via email to discuss. For Gold jewellery, items may take an extra 2-3 weeks due to being hallmarked at the assay offices. While Everlasting Love Resin gives this estimate turn around time, this may change if third parties who are involved with supplying to Everlasting Love Resin or courier services transporting them experience delays. You are purchasing your items in full knowledge delays may occur at any time and these dates given are ESTIMATES only.

                                                                                 

6.2. Flower Preservation orders take approximately 18-20 weeks, more information on this can be found in the Flower Preservation page, and can be discussed before placing your order.

7. Updates 

Updates may not be possible every step of the way, as I need the time to focus on the delicate process of creating each stone to the highest standard.  However if you have any questions you are welcome to message and I will reply as soon as possible. You can email me, or message my Facebook page or Instagram. I am more likely to reply quickly via Instagram/Facebook than via email.

8. Completed orders

 Once your order is complete, photos will be taken for me to use on my social media channels. It is not always possible for me to send you a photo before posting your finished piece. If you would like to be sent a photo prior to posting, please let me know ASAP once your order has been placed, so that I can make a note of this on your file.

9. Delivery 

9.1 Every order will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class service, to the name and address that you provided when placing your order. It is the customers responsibility to make sure this address is correct, Everlasting Love Resin can not be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect address. All prices include delivery. If you would like your finished piece to be sent via the 1st class tracked and signed for service, please select this at check out. 1st class signed and tracked postage will incur a small fee.

9.2 If the order is a gift and requires posting straight to the recipient please state this at the point of ordering. I will ask you to confirm the address when your order is complete.

9.3 International shipping rates vary from country to country. The client is responsible for any import taxes/custom fees when placing their order, and receiving their order via post.

 

 10 Returns & Refunds

It is massively important to me that you are happy with your completed order as each is made by myself personally, so quality control is my responsibility. However in the unlikely event that you are not pleased with your order please read this section carefully.

 

10.1 As each piece is handmade with your personal inclusion returns and refunds are not possible unless faulty, and due to their handmade nature small surface bubbles are not considered a fault as mentioned above (2.3) this is in line with Distance Selling Regulations. Refunds and exchanges will not be given due to wrong ring size - the ring size is checked thoroughly before creating and being posted.

10.2 Photos will be taken at each step of the process to ensure that all jewellery is sent in perfect condition before leaving the Everlasting Love Resin studio, and will be safely packaged to make sure they reach you in the same condition they were sent. Care instructions are provided with your finished piece(s) and must be adhered to. Any damage caused through negligence of care is the customers liability.

10.3 In the highly unlikely event that your jewellery does arrive damaged or faulty, please contact me within 2 working days so that the issue can be resolved without prejudice.

10.4 Cancellations are only valid within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has been placed more than 24 hours ago, a cancellation will not be accepted and any changes to the order will not be valid. It is the responsibility of the customer to double check all information given is correct before checking out.

11. Remittance terms

Full payment must be made before any completed orders are shipped. For Flower Preservation orders - Full balance must be paid at the time the flowers have finished drying and before I start to create anything. If payment has not been made in full one week after you have been notified the flowers are dried, your order will cancelled without refund, and the flowers will be disposed of.

12. Product guarantee 

All products come with a 1 year inclusion stone guarantee as standard. If your stone discolours or tarnishes within 1 year please contact me as soon as possible. Breastmilk stones can be replaced and ashes stones can be re-coated with a clear layer. This stone care is free of charge, though the customer will be responsible for return postage and postage of the piece to me.

This does not cover damage caused to the setting that the stone is in, or the chain that pendants are sent on. 

12.1. Everlasting Love Resin will not be held responsible for any missing Cubic Zerconia crystals due to damage or not following the aftercare advice. All CZ jewellery is checked thoroughly before I start to create the inclusion stone, and again before being posted to the customer. In the unlikely event that a CZ crystal does fall out within 30 days of you receiving your finished piece, I will replace the missing stone, and if this is not possible, discuss with you about replacing the whole piece. You must contact me as soon as the crystal has fallen out, as queries that are over the 30 day period, will not be covered within the guarantee.

13. Terms and conditions amendments

Everlasting Love Resin reserves the right to update these terms and conditions in line with changes that effect the business (market changes that effect the business, updating payment methods or changes in laws or requirements)

Flower Preservation T&C’s and Disclaimers:

Small bubbles are completely unavoidable, due to the natural materials being preserved within the Resin. Flowers can darken/change colour slightly while going through the drying process. White flowers can turn cream/light yellow in colour. Pink and red flowers can darken to almost burgundy. Over touching the flowers before they are sent to me can alter how they dry, as the oils from your hands can add imperfections on to the petals. Imperfections are unavoidable, but any damage to the flowers before they are dried, will be enhanced by the drying process.

Deposit and Balance for Flower Preservation pieces:

A 50% non refundable deposit must be paid the day your flowers arrive at my studio. The balance must be paid within 5 days from when you’re notified that the flowers are dried (roughly 4-5 weeks from the date they arrive), failure to pay the balance will result in your order being cancelled immediately without refund. Your dried flowers can be posted back to you, for the cost of postage and packaging, this cost will be sent to you after the time limit for the balance to be paid is over, the cost of sending your flowers back must be paid within 3 days, failure to do so will result in immediate disposal of your flowers.

Terms and Conditions
